Loss of Connection or Forced to Miss Your Seminar?

Videos of your seminar will be available if your seminar is interrupted by unforeseen circumstances such as power failure, illness or emergency. To view a video of a seminar you registered for please go to your ‘My Account’ page and locate the seminar you wish to view under ‘Your Seminars.’ Videos become available the day after the seminar.

Cancellations

Cancellations with full refund can be made via this help page, up to 3 days prior to scheduled seminar date. Please submit a webform above and chose refund/exchange for the ‘reason for contact’ and please specify your request in the ‘comment’ section.

Discount/Partner Chapter Code and Purchasing Issues

Please double check and make sure that all of your info is correct (discount/partner chapter code, billing info, etc.). If everything is correct and you are still having issues please fill out the contact form above so that we can further assist you with the issue.

Resetting Your Password and Account Recovery
